Predictive Index

The PI Behavioral Assessment (BA) helps organizations understand the personality traits that make you and your team tick. PI is like your new superpower!

It lets you peek beneath the surface so you can see the internal drivers.

Your Behavioral Report will provide a more nuanced summary of your specific results. If you have additional questions please reach out to us.

Two Reports

The Behavioral Report will be sent to you automatically. It’s the report pictured on the left. Use that report to help you fill out page 14.

The Personal Development Chart will be emailed to you within a day or so. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours please let us know. Use this report to help you fill out page 15 in your Action Planner.

Your Profile

Every person who takes the PI Behavioral Assessment is assigned one of the 17 Reference Profiles, which provide a shorthand way of understanding the behaviors and needs that drive you and your team.

Once you know someone’s Reference Profile, you gain insight into their work styles such as communication, decision making, and risk taking. This quick understanding allows people to work with each other more effectively.

What do the dots mean?

There are four key “Drivers” that are measured by the BA. From the combination of the four drivers, we can describe preferences for how a person communicates, makes decisions, delegates, regards rules, and takes action.

How your pattern is interpreted

To read your pattern, drivers that lie to the left of the midpoint represent a low amount of drive, while those that fall to the right means you have a higher amount. The further away from the midpoint that a driver lies, the more loud the expression of its associated behaviors will be.

Personal Development

The PI Personal Development Chart provides strengths to help leaders be more successful in their role. It also provides likely cautions areas for you to be aware of, and self-coaching tips for you to be more productive.

Use the strengths, cautions and self-coaching tips to help you fill out page 15 in your Action Planner. Read through all 4 sections and highlight the ones that stand out the most for you and put those in your Action Planner.
