Knowing Yourself
The Predictive Index (PI) is a tool that thousands of highly effective leadership teams have been using to solve people issues, discover how any two people work together and get instant recommendations, and building your emotional intelligence to help facilitate more effective conversations.
The assessment take about six minutes. It asks a few questions and then your results will be emailed to you. You can then take the 5-10 page report and use it to help you fill out the “How God Wired You” section.
The Results
The results from this quick assessment will help you understand yourself, learn how your behavioral drives manifest as a leader, improve your leadership style by exploring your natural strengths and caution areas, and develop new leadership skills through actionable self-coaching tips.
The Action Planner
Once you’ve taken the assessment, the first set of results will be emailed to you directly. You can then use those results to help you learn more about yourself and fill in the “How God Wired You” section.
